Fischer-Tropsch wax is a high-performance synthetic wax produced from natural gas or coal through the Fischer-Tropsch synthesis process. It features a narrow carbon chain distribution, high purity, high melting point, high hardness, and excellent chemical stability. It is widely used in plastics processing (as a highly efficient lubricant and dispersant), inks, coatings, hot melt adhesives, and personal care products, significantly improving surface gloss, smoothness, and processing efficiency. It is an environmentally friendly alternative to traditional paraffin wax.
This product features a high melting point, narrow melting point range, low oil content, low penetration, low migration, low melt viscosity, hardness, wear resistance, and high stability. It has fewer branches, high crystallinity, contains saturated straight-chain alkanes, no double bonds, strong oxidation resistance, and good weather resistance. It easily penetrates high-viscosity macromolecular chains, significantly reducing melt viscosity, exhibiting low migration during processing, and providing noticeable lubrication in the mid-to-late stages.
